Job Location: Chembur
Job Role:
Maintaining financial records, overseeing accounts, and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions. This position involves handling financial statements, analyzing budgets, and supporting decision-making processes within the organization.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for full sets of accounts and monthly financial statements, consolidation and reporting for individual company by analyzing and investigating variances.
2. Responsible for timely and accurate reporting submission.
3. Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards, company policies and related statutory requirements.
4. Analyse budgets and financial data, highlighting variances and advising on cost-saving measures.
5. Able to prepare and analyse forecast, experince in Indian Accounting Standard 115, SAPMM
6. Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.
7. Reconcile bank statements and ensure financial transactions are accurately recorded.
8. Manage and handle taxation matters including preparation of tax computation and compliance with the Income Tax Act.
9. Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
10. Coordinate, liaise and communicate with external Auditors on audit activities and follow up to address the audit findings.
11. Stay updated on accounting principles, regulations, and best practices.
12. In charge of any ad hoc assignment given.
Requirements:
1. CA or MBA Finance/Accounts
2. Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar role.
3. Proficiency in accounting software and SAP MM,MS Office, especially Excel.
4. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
5. Knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and standards.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
8. Detail- oriented with analytical skills, integrity, self- motivated with high degree of commitment and time pressure to meet deadlines and objectives.
