Job Description

  • You will provide tailored solutions that address business challenges while driving revenue growth and establishing upGrad Enterprise as a trusted partner in workforce transformation

    Key Responsibilities
  • New Business Development: Proactively identify, prospect, and acquire new clients through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events to expand the company s customer base and achieve sales targets

  • Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to secure net new logos

    Lead negotiations and close high-value deals to consistently achieve or exceed sales quotas

  • Client Needs Assessment & Relationship Management: Understand client needs, challenges, and objectives to deliver customized learning solutions

    Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders

  • Presentations & Demos: Conduct engaging presentations and product demonstrations that highlight the value of upGrad Enterprise s offerings

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting: Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure seamless service delivery and high client satisfaction

    Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline status, and progress towards targets

  • Market & Competitor Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to uncover new business opportunities

Qualifications & Skills
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and account management, with a proven track record in acquiring and managing new clients

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to articulate complex solutions effectively

  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing, with a strong goal-oriented mindset

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Familiarity with the online education industry and enterprise solutions is preferred
