We are looking for a detail-oriented Associate – Accounts Receivable with 2+ years of AR accounting
experience. The candidate will handle daily receipt bookings, reconciliations, and maintain accurate
financial records, with strong Excel skills for reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Receipt Bookings: Accurately record and process all receipts, ensuring timely and correct
updates in thesystem.
Reconciliation: Perform daily and monthly reconciliation of accounts to ensure all discrepancies
are identified and resolved promptly.
Data Entry & Maintenance (Excel): Maintain and update accurate AR records, ensuring consistency
and compliance with company policies.
Collaboration: Work closely with other finance team members to ensure alignment on AR processes and
collections.
Process Improvement: Assist in identifying and implementing improvements to streamline AR
processes.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable accounting.
Proficiency in Excel, including data analysis, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and basic formulas.
Ability to handle high volumes of data with attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication skills to interact with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines.
A proactive and problem-solving attitude.

Job Location & Shift days:
Temporary location Worli till February 2025 and Andheri- Marol March 2025 onwards- HYBRID
5 days working (Mon to Fri) on Standard Shift Timing.
