Our client is a B2B Risk Assessment Fintech organization.
They are looking out for their Customer Success Manager for Corporate clients in Mumba (Vidya Vihar).
Acquisition manager hunts and get the corporates onboarded and the farms that account for a year. Post a year, that corporate account transfers to customer success team.
Responsibilities of Customer Success Manager would include:
- Maintaining relationship with the existing corporate clients and retain them
- Connect with them on regular basis to understand their requirements
- Cross sell/ upsell the other products and generate revenue for the organisation
- Champion and drive customer centricity by leading all post-sales activities
- Ensuring that Customer (User Teams and decision-makers) can derive business benefits from the use of Solutions/Products, enabling users to understand and use the product
- Driving customer retention rate of 95% (By Volume) and revenue base growth (upsell/cross-sell) of 50%
- Provide superior customer service, placing importance on brand experience, customer engagement and satisfaction
- Mapping the customer organization, understanding the pulse of the customer, and sharing insights with Sales Team to drive strategic conversations
- Drive revenue growth through product and services on the platform
- Drive NPS and build feedback loop between customer, operations, and product team to drive enhancements on Delivery experience, Product and overall revenue
- Should be able to open new doors by mapping multiple business opportunities in the company.
- Should take ownership of the given task.
