Job description

Position Overview: The position will effectively involve collections, based on Accounts Receivables. This position also requires excellent analytical skills & critical thinking, to evaluate all invoice reconciliation and receivables management.

1. Provide business operational support for all billing, invoicing, and receivables management system functionality; including investigation of user issues, problem analysis, and resolution.
2. Run aging reports based on past-due delinquencies and follow up with business owners.
3. Communicate effectively and appropriately with business users and management.
4. Partner with technology and/or vendor teams as needed to fulfill business needs.
5. Serve as the primary interface between business stakeholders and technology teams for building functional requirements.
6. Liaise with interdepartmental support teams (Disputes & Cash application)
7. Develop, implement, validate client requirements, and pursue resolution of identified discrepancies.
