Job Description
Role and Responsibilities:
- To manage transaction quality profile for a sales/customer service process
- To conduct audits as per defined guideline and sampling for transaction monitoring.
- To identify gaps and conduct 1-0-1 feedback with agents.
- To create and publish regular audit reports with internal team.
- To share TNI for refresher sessions with the training team to help improve the quality of calls/email/chat.
- To identify process/product gap & share the details with manager/management.
- To take regular initiatives to improve teams performance, increase customer satisfaction and improve sales closings.
Applicants Specifications & Qualification:
- Graduation in any stream is a must.
- Should have minimum 1 year tenure with upGrad
- Should have experience worked in customer service/sales process.
- Having hands on experience on 7QC tools.
