Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

1. Sales Growth & Revenue Generation

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase order volume and value.
• Identify and onboard new customers (B2C and B2B).

2. Customer Acquisition & Retention

• Generate leads through online and offline channels.
• Convert potential customers into loyal users.
• Build relationships with regular buyers to ensure repeat purchases.
• Work on customer feedback and improve engagement.

3. Business Development & Partnerships

• Collaborate with grocery suppliers and local vendors for better deals.
• Identify bulk buyers (restaurants, offices, housing societies, etc.).
• Develop partnerships for cross-promotions and brand visibility.

4. Order Management & Fulfillment Coordination

• Ensure smooth processing of orders from placement to delivery.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely dispatch.
• Minimize order cancellations and stock-outs.

5. Digital Marketing & Promotions Support

• Work with the marketing team to boost sales through campaigns.
• Promote discounts, deals, and loyalty programs to attract customers.
• Utilize social media and online ads to drive traffic.

6. Competitor & Market Analysis

• Monitor competitor pricing, offers, and customer trends.
• Suggest new product categories and pricing strategies.
• Gather insights on customer preferences and buying behavior.

7. Reporting & Performance Metrics

• Track and report daily/weekly/monthly sales performance.
• Analyze sales trends and suggest improvements.
• Maintain CRM records for future engagement.
