Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Revenue Generation:
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities within assigned retail locations.
• Conduct effective product demonstrations and presentations to customers.
• Drive sales through various promotional activities and campaigns.
• Customer Service:
• Provide exceptional customer service to all retail customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and retail staff.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Gather customer feedback and provide valuable insights to the sales team.
• Territory Management:
• Effectively manage assigned retail territories, ensuring optimal product visibility and availability.
• Conduct regular store visits to maintain relationships and monitor sales performance.
• Identify and pursue new retail opportunities within the assigned region.
• Reporting & Analysis:
• Track and analyze sales performance data.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to management.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Other Duties as Assigned:
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Assist with inventory management and merchandising activities.
• Represent the company at industry events and trade shows (as required).
