Executive Assistant

Unifi is looking for an executive assistant to the CIO & MD with the following abilities.

Role & responsibilities

Strategic:

• Preparing standard presentation (PowerPoint decks with graphs or charts) for various business meetings, and reviews for the CIO & MD
• Identifying new ways to add value & proactively taking on new tasks
• Prepare periodic MIS reports on various initiatives
• Data mining and exploring information from different sources
• Managing calendars, coordination of appointments, and meetings
• Managing travel arrangement for the CIO & MD

Preferred candidate profile

• Qualification: Masters degree (with First class Honors)
• Preferred experience: 5 years and above (preferably with Industry knowledge)
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written are imperative for collaborating with the CIO & MD
• Extensive knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint) and MS Outlook
• Maestros of spreadsheet management, wielding advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel to analyze data, automate tasks, and create complex reports drive decision-making
• Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills
