Position: Executive Assistant
Location: Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate executive communications, including managing calls, emails, and interactions with clients and vendors.
• Prepare and analyze various dashboards and presentations for the management team.
• Standardize management reports and produce them on a periodic basis.
• Handle meeting correspondence and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Keep track of points discussed during meetings, check implementation, analyze output, and update directors.
• Maintain an organized filing system for both paper and electronic documents.
• Develop and maintain an automated alert system for upcoming deadlines, requests, and events.
• Uphold strict confidentiality in all executive communications.
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage travel itineraries.
• Manage the calendar for directors.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: MBA with a finance background is preferred.
• Experience: 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, directly supporting senior management.
• Skills:
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
