Job Overview:

The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods and services from suppliers. This includes managing procurement, inventory, logistics, and distribution. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to implement process improvements while managing budgets and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supply Chain Strategy & Planning:
  Develop and implement efficient supply chain strategies that align with company goals. Analyze and forecast demand to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
• Procurement & Vendor Management:
  Oversee supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure reliable and cost-effective sourcing of materials. Manage supplier performance and resolve any disputes.
• Inventory Management:
  Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking. Implement inventory control measures to ensure accuracy and minimize excess inventory.
• Logistics & Distribution:
  Manage transportation and logistics operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products. Coordinate with shipping partners and third-party logistics providers.
• Process Improvement:
  Continuously evaluate and optimize supply chain processes for cost savings and efficiency. Implement best practices and automation where applicable.
• Team Leadership:
  Lead, train, and mentor supply chain staff. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
• Budgeting & Cost Control:
  Develop and manage the supply chain budget, ensuring cost control and resource optimization.
• Reporting & Analysis:
  Prepare regular reports on supply chain performance, including key metrics such as delivery times, cost savings, inventory turnover, and other KPIs.
• Risk Management:
  Identify potential supply chain risks and develop mitigation plans. Ensure business continuity by addressing supply chain disruptions promptly.

Requirements:

• Any Graduate and any material management course is preferable.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in procurement / supply chain management.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Certification in supply chain management is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with operational excellence in manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.
