Executive Assistant

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  
• Provide personal assistance to Director as needed.
  
• Handle secretarial activities such as letter drafting, email management, and phone calls.
  
• Ensure timely follow-ups on tasks and projects assigned by the Director.
  
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in an EA role or similar position.
  
• Excellent coordination skills with ability to multitask effectively.
  
• Proficiency in calendar management software (e.g. Outlook) and diary systems (e.g. Google Calendar).
  
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and excellent time management abilities.
