Job Description:

1. Team Leadership:

- Guide and motivate a team of 3-4 individuals, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

- Foster a collaborative and performance-driven work culture.

2. Financial Planning and Analysis:

- Drive the company's financial planning by analyzing performance and risks.

- Prepare financial projections based on assumptions, historical trends, and business plans.

- Analyze profitability to identify growth opportunities and propose long-term initiatives.

3. Budgeting and Reporting:

- Create and present regular budget reports to management for cost assessment and adjustments.

- Retain constant awareness of the company's financial position and proactively address challenges.

4. Compliance and Governance:

- Ensure compliance with financial laws, regulations, and guidelines.

- Oversee all audit and internal control operations.

5. Fundraising and Stakeholder Management:

- Develop and implement corporate fundraising strategies.

- Build and maintain relationships with partners, investors, and other stakeholders.

6. Accounting and Financial Oversight:

- Set performance targets and supervise accounting and finance personnel (e.g., management accountants, internal auditors).

- Prepare detailed quarterly and annual financial performance reports.

- Conduct analysis to provide forecasts and insights to upper management.

Qualifications and Experience:

- CA with 8-14 years post qualification experience in financial management, planning, and analysis.

- Proven experience in team leadership and stakeholder engagement.

- Strong understanding of financial laws, reporting standards, and compliance practices.

- Hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, and corporate fundraising strategies.
