Director - Finance

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the financial strategy to support the company's long-term objectives.

- Provide leadership and direction for the finance and accounting teams, driving operational efficiencies and improving financial performance.

- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

- Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

- Conduct financial analysis to identify areas for cost-saving, profitability improvements, and operational efficiencies.

- Lead the annual budgeting process, collaborating with department heads to set financial goals and allocate resources.

- Ensure accurate financial forecasting, providing proactive insights and recommendations to improve cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditures.

- Manage the company's financial risk and internal control systems to safeguard assets and ensure financial integrity.

- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal financial regulations, accounting standards (e.g., GAAP), and tax laws.
