We're seeking a dynamic HR Leader who can join our clients India team and help build the foundation of a thriving, values-driven organization in the Food & Beverage space.
Client
Our client is a renowned international food & beverage brand that is expanding its footprint in India. Known for its commitment to quality, innovation, and creating memorable dining experiences, the brand has a strong presence in multiple global markets. With India as a key growth focus, they are looking for an HR Leader to help establish and scale their operations while building a people-first culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage HR operations for India, ensuring alignment with global business objectives while maintaining local relevance.
- Build and execute a robust talent acquisition strategy to attract professionals passionate about the food and hospitality space.
- Partner closely with business leaders to develop and implement people strategies that support business growth.
- Develop and drive employee engagement, learning & development, and talent retention programs.
- Build a strong company culture founded on the organization's values of excellence, integrity, and creativity.
- Act as a key business partner, providing strategic HR support to leadership.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and HR best practices
Ideal Candidate
- 8-15 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in the Food & Beverage or Hospitality sector.
- Masters or MBA in hospitality/ human resources is a must
- Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Strong business acumen and experience working closely with senior leadership teams.
- Passion for food and hospitality, with a deep understanding of the industry's dynamics.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution abilities.
- Experience in building and implementing scalable HR processes and frameworks.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
