MavenArk - HR Generalist (5-10 yrs)

Mavenark Advisors is an emerging debt and equity focused Investment Bank. Its Asset Management arm, Mavenark Asset Managers is soon launching its maiden Performing Credit & Private Equity fund.

- An HR generalist at Mavenark is in charge of developing, revising, and implementing all HR policies and corporate guidelines, as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and legislation.

- We are a team of 16 people and plan the headcount to grow to 100 over the next 12-15 months.

- The candidate should demonstrate leadership qualities and will be in charge of the majority of HR tasks, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, HR administration, learning & development and other responsibilities.

Experience & Qualifications
