HR Generalist

Responsibilities:

1. Manage recruitment processes for technical and non-technical roles.

2. Facilitate job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and selection processes.

3. Oversee the onboarding and induction process to ensure a seamless experience for new employees.

4. Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.

5. Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries related to policies, payroll, and benefits.

6. Support the execution of employee engagement programs and initiatives to foster a positive work environment.

7. Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.

8. Assist in maintaining HR policies, documentation, and audit requirements.

9. Assist in the performance appraisal process, including feedback collection and review coordination.

10. Identify training needs and facilitate learning & development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
