Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Hiring Process Management: Oversee and manage the entire hiring process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- On-Boarding : Administer new employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth and welcoming transition for new hires.
- Talent Management: Develop and maintain talent management processes to support employee development, retention, and performance management.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee personnel records, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- HR Data and Analytics: Utilize HR metrics and analytics to track and report on key HR trends, such as recruitment effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
- 3-7 years of experience in a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
