Job Title: HR Generalist
Location: Gurgaon
Job Summary:
- We are looking for a proactive HR Generalist to oversee key HR functions, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, employee engagement, and overall HR operations.
The role requires strong organizational skills and a people-first approach to support a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding & Offboarding:
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.
- Conduct induction sessions and facilitate smooth integration into the company culture.
- Handle exit formalities, including full & final settlements and exit interviews.
Payroll & Compliance:
- Ensure accurate payroll processing in coordination with finance and external payroll vendors.
- Maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies related to payroll and benefits.
- Handle employee attendance, leaves, and salary-related queries.
- Employee Engagement & HR Operations:
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, including team events, wellness programs, and rewards & recognition activities.
- Address employee grievances and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Support performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
- HR Administration & Policies:
- Maintain HR records, employee documentation, and HRMS updates. Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies, ensuring adherence to company guidelines.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3-5 years as an HR Generalist, preferably in a startup or fast-growing company.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll processing, and compliance.
- Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
