Chief Information Officer (10-25 yrs)

Vision: The IT division is undergoing a strategic restructuring to enhance efficiency and alignment with business objectives. The new corporate structure aims to streamline processes, optimize centralized technical expertise, and improve vendor relationship management, resulting in a cohesive IT framework that supports business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Enterprise Application Management: Lead hands-on enterprise application rollouts, ensuring seamless project execution and alignment with business needs.

- Strategic Communication: Act as a bridge between technical teams and business leaders, translating complex technical jargon into actionable business insights for CXOs.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with Corporate IT teams, business CXOs, and external vendors.

- PnL Ownership: Independently manage the business IT profit and loss, ensuring financial discipline and value creation.

- Budget Oversight: Develop and manage IT budgets effectively, optimizing resources while meeting business goals.

- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of 4-5 IT professionals in business verticals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

- Project Management: Deliver high-impact IT projects on time and within budget, ensuring adherence to project management best practices.

Role Requirements:

- Proven track record in enterprise application rollouts and end-to-end project management.

- Exceptional communication and persuasive skills to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

- Strong domain expertise for translating business needs into technical solutions and vice versa.

- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage relationships with Corporate IT teams and Business CXOs.

- Solid experience in budget management and optimizing IT expenditures.

- Background in enterprise applications with a clear understanding of their impact on business operations.

- High competency in engaging with CXOs using domain-specific language to facilitate decision-making.
