Job Description - The Head of Finance is a pivotal role that offers an excellent opportunity for a strategic thinker with a strong background in finance, ideally within the Automotive Industry, to contribute to the future success of our organisation located in Coimbatore.

Client Details

Our client is a listed organisation within the Automotive Industry with a domestic presence of 15+ years having businesses across automobile segments (Passenger Vehicles/Luxury Vehicles/ Commercial Vehicles/Electric Vehicles in 2W and 3W space/Spares Distribution).

Description

- Handle financial operations including budgeting, financial reporting, and auditing.

- Develop and implement financial strategies and policies for the organisation.

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

- Manage relationships with external auditors and other financial institutions.

- Handle and mentor a team of finance professionals.

- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to the management team.

- Manage all taxation, audits and treasury related matters.

- Support the implementation of new financial systems and processes.

- Coordinate & Timely Preparation of Annual Operating Plan (AOP).

- Implement process automation.

Profile

A successful Head of Finance should have:

- Qualified CA/CMA/MBA (Finance) is a must.

- 8+ years of experience handling the entire gamut of finance.

- Prior experience in a listed company is a plus.

- Fluency in Tamil & Hindi is an added advantage.

- Willingness to relocate to Coimbatore.
