Head - Business Finance - Pharma (9-16 yrs)

- CA/CMA with 9+ years of experience in Pharmaceutical Industry managing Business Finance and FP&A activities

Job Description:

- Preparation of the Annual Business plan & Monthly /quarterly rolling plan for production and costs

- Set systems for variance analysis and suggest corrective actions of Plan Vs Actual

- Product Profitability analysis and Implementation of full SAP CO module

- Determination of Norms for working capital and monitoring /reporting of the same including stores and spares .

- Detailed MIS covering Specific consumptions , Major operating KPI and engage with operating teams for deviation/bottlenecks & Improvements and work closely with Manufacturing excellence team

- Drive Cost reduction /Improvement projects through data analytics etc .
