- Preparing annual operating plans, monitoring actual, and raising red flags to ensure target meeting.

- Managing working capital, Rupees Term Loan, Cash Flow and Debt management in compliances of lender agreement.

- Private Equity-Fund raising, Managing relationships with bankers, investors, and other key stakeholders.

- Ensure compliance of SEBI, IRDA, NSDL, AMFI, PFRDA, MCA and Taxations.

- Getting organization ready for listing at stock exchange-IPO while managing existing investor relations.

- Rich experience in managing overall statutory audit of consolidation and subsidiary in India and outside India.

- Cash flow and working capital optimization, ensure ROI for all projects including monitoring on actual.

- Incisive experience of improve operations, impact business growth & maximize profits through achievements in cost reductions, internal controls, process transformation & standardization.

- Cost optimization and Revenue optimization, Process streamlining, Digitization and Automation.

Experience /Qualifications:

- 18 + Year Experience Certified CA, business, finance, accounting, or equivalent experience. Age 40-45 max
