Senior Manager - Finance Controller - Centre Of Excellence (7-9 yrs)

Designation: Sr. Manager Financial Controllership Centre Of Excellence (CoE)

Reports to: Finance Controller

Location: Gurgaon

We are looking to hire a Finance Controller for a leading Indian startup based in Gurgaon.

The ideal candidate would be responsible for building the Controllership Centre Of Excellence (CoE), where they would work on process excellence, continuous improvement and building strong process controls and ownership within the financial controllership domain.

Position Overview:

- This role is responsible for preparation of ledger accounts and consolidation of Profit & Loss Statements and Balance Sheet for the organization in a timely and accurate manner.

- The position is additionally responsible for working capital and fixed assets management.

- The role holder will be responsible for handling complete gamut of financial and accounting activities of the units - responsible for unit accounting, statutory compliance, account receipts and payments, MIS & reporting in a timely and accurate manner.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Controlling: Oversee financial planning, analysis, and control processes to ensure alignment with business objectives.

2. Plant Controlling: Manage financial performance of manufacturing plants, including cost control, inventory management, and variance analysis.

3. Direct & Indirect Tax Management: Ensure compliance with direct and indirect tax laws, manage tax planning, and minimize tax liabilities.

4. Compliances and Corporate Governance: Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and corporate governance standards to maintain ethical and transparent business operations.
