Finance Controller

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Leadership:

- Provide strategic financial guidance to senior leadership, aligning with business strategies.

- Implement and maintain financial policies to ensure effective financial management and compliance.

Financial Control:

- Oversee the preparation and analysis of accurate financial statements per GAAP.

- Present financial insights and trends to executive leadership.

- Ensure data accuracy and robust internal controls.

Compliance and Risk Management:

- Stay updated on financial regulations and ensure compliance.

- Identify and mitigate financial risks.

- Collaborate with auditors to address findings.

Team Leadership:

- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture.

- Promote professional development and evaluate team performance.

Cash Flow Management:

- Manage cash flow and working capital to support operational needs.

- Optimize cash flow strategies, reduce receivables, and manage payables effectively.

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with:

- 7+ years of experience in SaaS, E-commerce, or Internet tech companies.

- Expertise in financial controllership, budgeting, and forecasting.

- Knowledge of GAAP and accounting standards.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- A demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
