Senior Product Manager (6-12 yrs)

About the Role

As the Senior Product Manager, you will envision and execute (build products) that enable growth. Your strong Product Manager background combined with experience in growth product development will be instrumental in building growth engines for organization across all the different business units

What You'll Do

You'll be responsible for leading the growth initiatives and defining and building the right growth tools and systems that enable growth teams in the organization to increase engagement, new user acquisition as well as retention. This includes (but is not limited to) Leads management systems, Content management systems, SEO tools, Communications Orchestrator, Rewards management systems.

What You'll Need

- Minimum 6+ years of experience delivering successful and innovative customer-facing products. You have experience driving specific products, defining metrics, and driving the planning process for a product portfolio.

- Attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously with minimal supervision.

- Customer obsession: The ability to take on complex product challenges and find elegant, simplifying solutions to avoid making them our users' and partners' problems.

- Analytical chops: You live and breathe data. You find a way to get the data you need and whip it into an insightful story with no help. You know how to wield it but also where it can lead you astray.

- A "Driver" mindset: You are biased toward action, a great collaborator, a master explainer/simplifier, and constantly - pushing toward clarity and delivery.

- You never hesitate to roll up your sleeves and tackle something hands-on. - A high bar across the board - from your own contributions to the people you work with, to the products you work on. - A true passion for the Company's mission, our products, and the company's digital-first technology/operations nature.
