Finance Controller

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Provides leadership in the development for continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives.

- Standardize and automate to improve the financial processes, and practices in line with business requirements, in order to improve performance.

- Ensure credibility of the function by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends and forecasts.

- Evaluates processes and make suggestions for automating and increasing working efficiency.

- Review and analyse the current chart of accounts, accounting practices etc and alignment with the business KPI's

- Ensure timeline and accuracy of financial and management reporting data for investors and company's board of directors

- Review of Financial Statement with stakeholders with detailed and relevant commentaries on the movement month on month

- Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the organization

- Manage processes for financial forecasting, budgets and reporting to the CFO/CEO.

- Expertise in Accounting / Compliance/ Direct & Indirect Taxation. FP&A experience a plus.

- Managing the relationship with Statutory auditors/internal auditors

- Manage the working capital and dealing with internal & external stakeholders

- Close liaising with all the business terms on commercial contracts as well as all matters relates to their business P&Ls

Required experience & skills:

- Chartered Accountant with minimum 7 years' experience.

- Should have served in capacity of Financial Controller at least 3 years.

- Good Communication and Presentation Skills

- Managed a Team of 5+, including professionally qualified employees.

- Passion for driving simplification and automation
