Working hours are too much you need to work for 10-11 hours daily again need to work on sat sunday. No medical leaves no emergency leave and paid leave will also depend on your reason and need to inform prior 2 months. If you have take unplanned leave then no leave s for next month Additional work you need to do and no job security.HR and manager are not supportive. Penalty are charges every month for each and every small mistake....Read More

Colleagues are helpful. Company provides beverages tea/ coffee, lunch & snacks in the evening. Environment is also good. For freshers it is a good start.
