In development team, there were a lot of high pressure work to be done and juggling with a lot of topics which was overall a good learning experience. There was a lot of help by seniors as well.

Dislikes

A lot of disorganization with regards to setting the requirements for a project, big or small. There was not much clarity given as to what is required what are the parameters when working on a project and poor organizational structure which to their credit was constantly being improved.
