Job Description:

- Deep background in BNPL payments is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong focus on customer success.

- Strong communication skills; ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.

- You should be a self-starter that can balance strategy with day-to-day running the business aspects, highly organized, and able to seamlessly prioritize a dynamic workload.

- Comfortable working in a very high paced environment

- Min 4 years of relevant BNPL exp(mandatory), ideally from an e-commerce, financial services or payments environment. MBA from Tier 1 institute-

Responsibilities:

- You will work closely with external partners and in-house team to build and run our BNPL solutions so that the solutions serve delightful experience on BNPL use cases for our customers.

- Balance business and commercial acumen and communicate solution feasibility that drive the biggest impact on the business and value to the customers.

- Own experience, product and business outcomes.

- Keep abreast of industry trends and the competitive landscape in the lending space.

- Needs to Liaise with internal stakeholders (Tech, Marketing, Operations) and external partners(merchants) to drive business.
