Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Management & Conversion: Manage inbound and outbound sales leads, qualify prospects, and ensure a smooth conversion process.
• Sales Coordination: Work closely with the sales team to track and optimize sales performance, pipeline, and revenue targets.
• Client Interaction: Engage with BFSI professionals, understanding their learning needs and recommending suitable programs.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate sales records, update CRM tools, and analyze data for actionable insights.
• Process Optimization: Streamline sales operations to enhance efficiency and improve customer experience.
• Reporting & Analysis: Generate reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to support decision-making.
• Collaboration: Work with marketing and academic teams to align sales strategies with customer needs and industry trends.

Key Requirements:

• Education: Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred) with a background in BFSI or EdTech.
• Experience: 2-5 years in Sales Operations, Inside Sales, or Business Development, preferably in BFSI or Education sectors.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with BFSI sector trends and challenges.
