Role Overview:
The Deputy Manager - Training at UNext Learning BFSI will play a crucial role in developing and implementing training programs that enhance employee performance and foster a culture of continuous learning. The successful candidate will work closely with the Training Manager to support training initiatives, assess training needs, and evaluate training effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing, developing, and delivering training programs tailored to the company's needs.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify skills or knowledge gaps and recommend training solutions.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and informative training materials.
• Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Conduct evaluations and assessments to measure the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
• Maintain training records, documents, and reports on employee participation and progress.
• Support the Training Manager in developing training budgets and managing training-related expenditures.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 yrs in training and development or related roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Proficiency in training software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in designing e-learning solutions is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and handle multiple projects.
