Job Description:
Introduction :
We at Ketto are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Training Manager to join our team. The Sales Training Manager will play a crucial role in developing and implementing comprehensive sales training programs to equip our sales team with the knowledge, skills, and tools they need to succeed. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for sales training and a track record of driving results.
Roles & Responsibilities: **
1. **Training Program Management: ** Design, implement, and manage NHT and OJT programs to ensure new hires and existing staff receive comprehensive training aligned with organizational goals.
2. **Performance Optimization: ** Utilize performance metrics and analytics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance throughput and productivity.
3. **Sales and Collections Expertise: ** Leverage in-depth knowledge of sales and collections processes to develop training materials and provide guidance to team members.
4. **Team Leadership: ** Lead a team of trainers and training coordinators, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback to ensure the success of training initiatives.
5. **Continuous Improvement: ** Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the training function, incorporating stakeholder feedback and staying abreast of industry best practices.
6. **Collaboration: ** Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, operations, and quality assurance, to ensure alignment of training programs with overall business objectives.
7. **Reporting and Analysis: ** Generate regular reports on training effectiveness, performance metrics, and adherence to training schedules, providing insights for decision-making and future planning.
**Qualifications: **
1. Minimum of two years of experience in hard-core sales and collections.
2. Minimum two years of experience as an Assistant Manager or above.
3. Proven track record in designing and delivering training programs, with an emphasis on performance improvement.
4. Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage teams and drive results.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and motivate employees at all levels.
6. Analytical mind set with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
8. Relevant certifications in training and development are advantageous.
