Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Counsellor located in Bengaluru. The Academic Counsellor will be responsible for student counseling, career counseling, academic advising, and providing education-related support to learners. The Academic Counsellor will communicate with students, help them clarify educational and career goals, guide them through academic challenges, monitor their academic progress, and counsel them on relevant educational and career options.

Qualifications:

• Strong Student Counseling and Communication skills
• Experience in Career Counseling and Academic Advising
• Background in Education
• Experience and Qualifications in Professional Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• Knowledge of Counseling Techniques and Tools
• Ability to interact with Students from diverse backgrounds
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Master's degree in Counseling, Education, or related field.

Location: MG Road, Bangalore

Working Days: Monday - Saturday
