Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and execute international hiring strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for global markets, ensuring the company attracts and retains top talent across multiple geographies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies for international markets.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for global roles.
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with workforce planning.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates through proactive sourcing, headhunting, and networking.
- Partner with external recruitment agencies and stakeholders to enhance hiring capabilities.
- Leverage technology and data-driven insights to optimize hiring efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with international hiring regulations and best practices.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to attract global talent.
- Manage and mentor a team of recruiters to improve hiring performance and efficiency.
Key Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on international hiring.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting for diverse global markets, including North America, Europe, APAC, or the Middle East.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and other sourcing tools.
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
- Knowledge of global hiring laws and compliance requirements.
- Prior experience in managing a team of recruiters is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or equivalent degree in HR or related field.
- Certifications in talent acquisition, HR analytics, or related areas.
