Product Marketing Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Product Positioning & Messaging:
- Develop and implement compelling product messaging and positioning that differentiates our offerings in the market.
Digital Marketing:
- Lead performance-driven digital marketing strategies (SEO/SEM, PPC, and paid social campaigns).
- Build and optimize campaigns across multiple digital channels for lead generation and engagement.
PR & Communications:
- Manage PR strategies and media relations to boost brand visibility.
- Develop content for press releases, thought leadership articles, and other communications.
B2B Marketing Strategy:
- Design and execute integrated B2B marketing strategies to nurture prospects and accelerate sales cycles.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing campaigns with business goals.
Event-Led Marketing:
- Lead the planning, execution, and promotion of industry events, webinars, and trade shows to generate leads and build brand awareness.
- Ensure post-event analysis and lead follow-ups are conducted for maximum ROI.
Campaign Analytics & Insights:
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Measure the effectiveness of different marketing channels and optimize for conversions.
Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and senior leadership.
Content Strategy:
- Oversee the creation of customer-centric content for various marketing materials such as case studies, white papers, website copy, social media posts, and newsletters.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience: 10-14 years in product marketing, with demonstrated expertise across digital, PR, B2B, and event marketing.
- Industry Exposure: Experience in B2B environments preferred, with a deep understanding of sales enablement strategies.
- Digital Skills: Proven track record of managing performance-driven digital campaigns.
- Analytical Skills: Data-driven decision-making mindset with experience using marketing analytics platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
- PR & Event Management: Strong experience in handling media relations and managing events for demand generation.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Team Player: Proven ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. MBA preferred.
