PR & Communications Manager (7-14 yrs)

- Develop and implement comprehensive PR and external communication strategies to promote the company's brand, products, and initiatives.

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, influencers, and other media contacts to secure positive media coverage.

- Create engaging press releases, media kits, and other communication materials to effectively communicate key messages to target audiences.

- Coordinate and oversee media events, press conferences, and interviews with company executives and spokespersons.

- Monitor media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities and mitigate potential risks to the company's reputation.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including marketing, sales, and product development to ensure alignment of messaging and communication efforts.

- Manage crisis communication strategies and respond to media inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

- Track and analyze PR metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of communication campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

- Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in PR, external communication, and digital media.
