Sales HR Role - FMCG (2-10 yrs)

- Partnering with the Sales team for all employee lifecycle processes.

- Driving Performance & Productivity of 600 strong Sales Team.

- Improving Manpower productivity through role enlargements/enhancement and other methods.

- Drawing plans and executing capability development initiatives for the sales team.

- Driving processes for monthly performance reviews and tracking of sales metrics.

- Rolling out Sales incentives and R&R.

- Enhancing employee engagement of the Sales team.

- Leveraging people analytics to enhance performance and retention.
