Position Summary:
The incumbent will lead the HR function with recruitment as a top priority
1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition : Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract, select, and hire top talent, ensuring timely filling of open positions and meeting business needs.
2. Strategic Workforce Planning : Analyze business requirements and develop strategic workforce plans to ensure alignment with organizational goals, identifying talent gaps and developing initiatives to address them.
3. Talent Management and Development Design and implement programs to develop and retain talent, including performance management, succession planning, and career development initiatives.
4. Employee Engagement and Retention : Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, job satisfaction, and retention, ensuring a positive work environment and reducing turnover.
5. Performance Management and Evaluation : Develop and implement performance management systems, including goal setting, evaluations, and development planning, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
6. Compensation and Benefits Administration Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and alignment with business objectives.
7. Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution : Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions, ensuring fair and respectful treatment of all employees.
8. Compliance and Risk Management Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies, mitigating organizational risk and maintaining a culture of ethics and integrity.
9. HR Analytics and Reporting : Provide HR metrics and analytics to inform business decisions, measuring the effectiveness of HR initiatives and programs, and identifying areas for improvement.
10. Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage HR teams, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure effective delivery of HR services and support.
