- Providing reports to the C-level executives and stakeholders where appropriate, delegating tasks as required to other members of the team and ensuring their timely completion.
- Managing the overall operation and Business growth of the company, including Revenue / profit development, Client delivery management, Organization building, marketing and communications by developing and approving strategies to meet investors, clients, and employee needs.
- In partnership with the leadership team, defining and implementing operational strategy, structure and processes in India. Communicating the strategic direction of the organization's operations and recommending benchmarks for measuring operating performance.
- Responsible for handling and responding, within acceptable timescales, to case related correspondence and communication from stakeholders, clients and C-executives.
- Managing all aspects of due diligence covering Business, Sales, L&D, HR, Payroll & financial, IT, legal, Marketing operating outcome and compliances.
- Reviewing, designing, and executing on improvements to workflow, uncovering technology, knowledge and skills gaps and partnering to rectify.
- Responsible for leading Recruitment & Talent Acquisition across all aspects of the company by reviewing departments work together to reach company goals and by inventing and implementing fresh ideas for setting the company apart from competitors.
- Building a positive and productive culture in the company by understanding investor's vision, listening to employee opinions, adjusting, and recognizing the team's accomplishments.
