Testing & reporting of electrical products safety tests 

Testing and Reporting as per different generic standards & product categories like: Least any one cat

• Luminaire & Lighting products (IEC 60598-1/IS 10322(Part 1) and Different Subparts) …etc
• IT/AV (IEC 60950/IS 13252, IEC 60065/IS 616, IEC 62368)
• Lab Measurement & Control Instrument (IEC 61010-1)
• Household appliances (IEC 60335-1/IS 302-1 and Different subparts)
• Uninterrupted power supply (UPS) (IEC/EN 62040-1)
• Luminaire & Lighting products (IEC 60598-1/IS 10322(Part 1) and Different Subparts) …etc

2. Day to day test planning and execution of safety tests as per test plan/project assigned.

3. Making test setups and conducting tests as per standards applicable  

4. Documenting test Results including all essential details in test data sheets

5. Maintaining project files / records as applicable and get it reviewed or authorized within project timelines

6. Monitoring & recording lab environmental conditions like temperature, humidity, Pressure etc.… 

7.Lab equipment/instruments maintence, careful handling & correct usage

8.Replicate, retesting, uncertenity, power characteristic testing & records maintence as applicable

9.Participation of ILC, PT or calibration report review or any quality related tasks as assigned

10 Completion of all assigned technical/quality training for skills matrix update

11 Facing audits and performing test demos during NABL/CBTL/BIS/TEC audits as applicable

12 Preparing lab audit records and maintaining files as per notified body requirements like CBTL/NABL requirements
