Safety Officer

Safety Officer:

• Qualified Safety Officer with experience supervising execution works with 2-5 years experience
• •Preferably having handled safety aspect of building site works
• •Administrative reporting into Head of the Clients Retail Coordinator
• •Functional dotted reporting to the RD HO at Mumbai, working closely with others at HO
• •Following company processes & taking up responsibility at site
• •Meticulous, punctual, sincere, Presentable, well groomed, well mannered,
• •Excellent spoken and written English communication

Tasks & Skillsets for the role:

• Developing, implementing, and overseeing processes & policies that reduce the risk of accidents, injuries, and other safety issues among construction workers and customers.
• •Creating safety plans, procedures, and strategies to protect people and property
• •Regularly inspecting the worksite for potential hazards
• •Investigating accidents and injuries to determine the cause and prevent similar incidents
• •Imparting safety training to labor & contractors of tenants
• •Providing regular safety training sessions to ensure employees are aware of safety protocols
• •Communicating safety policies and procedures to employees, management, and supervisors
• •Promoting safe work Staying up to date on safety regulations, trends, and best practices
• •Skills Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures,
• •Experience writing reports and policies
• •Excellent communication skills, Organizational skills, and Attention to detail.
• •Certification in fire safety / health & safety management
