Manager - Quality Assurance (Climate Management Services-ISO 14065, ISO 14066)

Assisting Sr. Manager Climate Management Services in:

• Ensuring compliance with SOPs from proposal making to issuance of final report review and analysis of issues identified in the reports during technical review and review carried out by respective program registry for schemes - CDM, VERRA, GS, GCC, ISO 14064, ISO 14067, ISO 14044 etc. conducting root cause analysis, preparation and implementation of corrective action plan to ensure issues identified in technical review and program registry review are addressed and minimized improving performance monitoring and ensuring quality of work being carried out by all responsible personnel at each stage of the project cycle carrying out routine checks on validation/verification activity being performed scheme wise to ensure compliance with OTCs/SOPs
• Updating technical staff on programmed updates for schemes - CDM, VERRA, GS, GCC, ISO 14064, ISO 14067, ISO 14044 etc. planning and arranging trainings for technical staff and new recruits under above schemes monthly monitoring technical staff workload and utilization evaluation, maintaining and updating qualification of technical staff weekly analysis and report submission on project status under various schemes liasoning with QC team and completion of internal and external or accreditation body audits, closure of NCs, implementation of corrective action plan liasoning with QC team in handling & resolution of customer complaints/appeals/disputes for schemes being handled back end operations for above schemes data gathering and analysis, supporting on technical matters as required by management, program registries, accreditation bodies and any other entity/stakeholder
• Maintaining and updating project and qualification records on companys central database.

Additional Knowledge / Skills (If any)

• Knowledge on ISO 9001/ISO 140001, ISO 14065, ISO 14066, ISO 17029, ISO 19011
• Fluent English (Reading and Writing)
• Competency in dealing with MS office standard products
• Acceptance of travel (domestic/abroad)

Education

• University or Equivalent degree bachelor's degree in engineering

Certification or Training (If any required)

• Relating to ISO standards mentioned in the knowledge section
