Job Role: Finance Head

Location: Yaoundé, Cameroon (with occasional travel to regional offices)
Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) / CPA / MBA in Finance or equivalent
Industry: Manufacturing, Distribution, Export/Import, Trading, Diversified Investments

Key Requirements:

Education: CA/CPA/MBA in Finance with 15+ years of experience, including 5+ years in a senior finance role (e.g., Finance Manager, Controller) within a multi-sector organization.
Regional Expertise: Proven experience operating in Cameroon and/or Francophone Africa, with knowledge of regional market dynamics.

Technical Skills:-
✅Expertise in OHADA accounting and audit standards.
✅Proficiency in Odoo ERP for financial reporting and process automation.
✅Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI).
✅Language: Fluency in French (will be advantage) and English (professional proficiency).
✅Leadership: Strong track record in leading cross-functional teams and managing multi-entity finances.

Preferred Skills:-
✅Experience in export/import documentation, trade finance, and logistics compliance.
✅Familiarity with African supply chain challenges and investment regulations.
✅Knowledge of MS office, Odoo ERP.
