Position: HR Executive

Location: Monrovia, Liberia, West Africa

Qualification: MBA

Skills Required:

• Handles staffing, recruitment, training, employee relations, payroll, and other HR

functions.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
• Knowledge of any HR solution softwares.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and manage sensitive HR issues effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to local culture.
• Good with data analysis. Ability to gather, organize, and maintain HR data (e.g.,

employee demographics, payroll, performance, attendance).
