- Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process.
- Assist in onboarding new employees, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the company.
- Maintain employee records and ensure accurate documentation for HR processes.
- Employee Relations:
- Act as the point of contact for employee concerns and queries, resolving any HR-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Promote a positive work culture and support employee engagement initiatives.
- HR Administration:
- Maintain and update HR databases, including attendance, leave records, and employee personal details.
- Assist with employee performance management processes, including evaluations and appraisals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
