Job Description
- Collecting manpower from various sources & handling the recruitment process as per company policy/procedure.
- To verify the recruitment related documents & age conformity.
- Providing orientation training to new joining employee.
- Preparing & updating personal file for new recruited employees & providing employee ID details with proximity card.
- Preparing & issuing letter & related document for confirmation, increment, promotion, appraisal etc. as per requirements.
- Maintaining manpower status, present, absent in the pay roll system.
- Preparing salary & other compensation data sheet & participant with salary distributing.
- Verifying & updating daily attendance, late/ early attendance, exit pass, shifting etc. in the pay roll system.
- Updating the job card.
- Corresponding with accounts, compliance & top management to finalize the salary sheet.
- Verifying the personal file of the employee periodically.
- Controlling the manpower entry & leaving at the premises.
- Verify the absenteeism reason information for habitual absent, long absent, sick absent & take remedial action for that.
- Take part in employee motivational activities.
- Updating increment, promotion, confirmation bill in pay roll system.
- Handling the grievance by visiting production floor & motivate them and issue warning letter for disciplinary activities.
- To train the employees regarding an individual employee benefits in their working period.
