Job Description
- Training and Development Coordination:
Plan, organize, and coordinate internal and external training programs. - Assist in identifying training needs across departments.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Maintain training records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive work environment. - Measure employee satisfaction through surveys and feedback mechanisms.
- Collaborate with leadership to address employee concerns and enhance motivation.
- Organize team-building events, recognition programs, and social activities.
- Induction and Onboarding:
Facilitate the new hire induction process and ensure smooth onboarding. - Coordinate with department heads to tailor the induction process for each role.
- Ensure all necessary documentation and compliance requirements are met for new employees.
- Employee Connect Programs:
Organize and manage employee engagement programs that promote open communication. - Schedule and facilitate regular check-ins and feedback sessions with employees.
- Maintain a platform for employees to share ideas, concerns, and suggestions.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare and maintain reports related to training, employee engagement activities, and grievances.
- Analyze data and provide recommendations for improvements in HR programs.
