Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for Quality Assurance - In process
• Conducting in process audits and continuously working on process improvements and reducing PPM
• Design, implement, and maintain SPC programs to monitor and control key manufacturing processes.
• Analyze process data to identify trends, patterns, and potential areas for improvement.
• Investigate and analyze in-process quality issues, conducting root cause analyses to determine the source of problems.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions to address identified issues and prevent recurrence.
• Conduct and lead MSA studies for critical measurement systems to ensure accuracy, precision, and stability.
• Driving continuous improvements by implementing Kaizens, SOPs, Poke Yoke, 5S etc.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to address broader quality-related issues and initiatives.
• Responsible for managing the schedule of the line Inspectors and monitoring the work with regular updates.
• Must have an analytical approach to problem solving
