Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations by resolving grievances, conducting investigations, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  
• Develop and implement effective industrial relations strategies to maintain a positive work environment.
  
• Provide guidance on human resource management best practices to ensure efficient operations.
  
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop HR plans aligned with business objectives.
  
• Ensure timely completion of all HR tasks, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 6-12 years of experience in Human Resources or related field.
  
• Strong understanding of Employee Relations, Industrial Relations, and Human Resource Management principles.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with employees at all levels.
  
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop practical solutions.
